Boot.ini file

I ahve SQL Server 2000 running on Windows 2000 Advenced
Server with 8GB physical memory.
When I add both /3GB and /PAE sametime in boot.ini file,
are there any disadvantage effects for server
performance? For SQL or operating system?
Thanks for suggestions.
